Virtual ITSD agent for clients
The next phase for ITSD involves deploying a client-facing chatbot. This virtual assistant will allow DFO employees to interact directly with a virtual technician who can guide them to the appropriate IT services on the portal, provide links to FAQs, and offer 24/7 support for simple issues. This will enable our technical staff to focus on more complex tasks that require their expertise.
