About the initiative
Description of the initiative
We would like to integrate copilot into power apps to be able to help users find and identify data in the database. This will save time for users looking to identify and extract data from the system. We currently have almost 500 users, so enabling AI for this would save a lot of time for these employees.
Problem statement
Our system already exists as a department-wide tracker for engagement and consultation activities. The AI component will simply be to activate copilot within power apps to facilitate data extraction for simple requests. Currently users have to create a view, or find the correct tables to review or find data in the system. Using the power apps copilot integration, we can allow users to ask simple questions and be able to be directed to the right view or data without having to prepare a table. For example, the user could ask, how many engagements have I worked on this month? Currently a user could make a table to see this data, but copilot would allow a user to simply type their request.
